Hi, we’re Lotus Pyramids Team. This page explains what information we collect when you travel with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it the way we’d explain it in person. If anything is unclear email us at [email protected] and we’ll walk you through it.

When you browse our site, we see basic technical information (pages viewed, browser type) needed to run and secure the website — including automated logging of attacks against our admin pages, which keeps everyone safer. When you book a tour or room, order food, or contact us, we collect what the job requires: your name, email, phone number, room number, and booking details. Newsletter signup asks only for your email.

Online payments are processed directly by certified payment provider. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers , we only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded This is the same architecture the big travel platforms use, and it means a breach of our systems could never expose your card.

To confirm and manage your bookings, send receipts and reminders, reply to your messages, and — only if you opted in — occasional emails about new tours and offers (unsubscribe any time with one click).

Booking records are kept as long as needed for refunds and removed on request. Newsletter emails live until you unsubscribe.

You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Just email us and there will be a human replies, no ticket queue.
